I’ve lived here since March 2026, and this community has exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked into the office for the first time, I felt at home.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, maintenance is fast, responsive, and accommodating, and the overall community is incredibly quiet. There is some light road noise from passing cars, but it fades into the background quickly and has never been disruptive.
The residents are friendly and welcoming, and I’ve heard countless firsthand stories from people who have lived here for 10+ years and have no plans to leave. Two residents even shared that they “mistakenly” moved away and came back as soon as they had the opportunity.
What stands out most is that this place does not feel like a typical apartment complex. It feels more like a peaceful little collection of townhomes surrounded by gorgeous ponds, mature landscaping, and happy ducks waddling around. I spend a lot of time outside because the grounds are so enjoyable to walk through. Often, it feels more like a well-established suburban neighborhood than apartment living.
There’s plenty of greenery, wildlife, and space to breathe. Though I’ve only been here a few months, it already feels like home. Truly.
