I have lived here for close to a month and am already in love with the location as it is close to campus and the baseball and football fields. The house has a good amount of space and storage that not even my three other roommates and I know what to do with. It is generally pretty quiet apart from the occasional train that passes by. I would most definitely recommend the complex to college students looking for a good house with a garage. I also think this complex is really well kept up and the neighbors are all very nice. I enjoy living here as it gives my roommates and me space to have our own rooms while also having a great living room and kitchen that makes for a good hang-out space. Despite being unfurnished, finding furniture is not too hard as there is the OSU-used store just around the block. While parking around the complex outside of the garage space is not that plentiful, you can use a few extra spaces around the complex and road parking. Definitely would recommend it.
