We limit 2 pets per apartment home.
Monthly pet rent of $40 will be charged for 1 cat and monthly pet rent of $60 for up to 2 cats.
Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged for 1 dog and monthly pet rent or $75 for up to 2 dogs. Where as there are no weight limits, there are breed restrictions. We will accept all breeds of dogs, except the following or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following: Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier, Husky, Chow, Dalmation, and Beagle.
We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.
