Capitol City Townhomes consists of 69 two and three bedroom town homes located in five different Saint Paul neighborhoods including Summit University, the West Side of Saint Paul, the East Side of Saint Paul, the North End and Frogtown. All of the units were completely renovated in 2007. Most of the town homes have garages and many have basements. All are air conditioned and have full size washers and dryers, microwave ovens and dishwashers. Several of the sites have playgrounds.
