Brompton House Phase II

The apartments and the community itself are beautiful. The neighbors are kind and the location is convenient. My issue has always been with the leasing office management. I lived here as a single mother of two. When my refrigerator broke down three times, costing me hundreds of dollars in spoiled food, instead of addressing the issue properly, I was met with resistance. After I left a previous review about my experience, things escalated. I began receiving accusations about things I did not do, none of which were supported with actual evidence. When I asked for proof, the footage they showed me did not match what they had described in their emails. I was yelled at by staff both over the phone and in the office, in front of a witness. When I requested that all communication be in writing, I was called dismissive. I was told my lease would not be renewed, and when I asked for a written explanation of what policies I violated, I was never given a clear answer. I have a police report documenting how I was treated at the leasing office. Other residents I have spoken with share similar frustrations with how management handles concerns. The community is lovely. The amenities are nice. But if you ever have a maintenance issue or need to advocate for yourself, be prepared. My advice to anyone considering this property: document everything from day one.????????????????
