This is a good house. The kitchen is nice. The back yard is nice. The 3 car garage is awesome. The problem is the driveway and fence need to be cleaned a lot. I pressure wash the driveway at least every year. And you have to or the HOA will send notices. The fence grows a green algae and mold that has to be cleaned off a couple times a year. I have had to clean it off the screen of the porch too. The weeds in the yard are on on a level that I have never experienced in my 40 years of life in Florida. Basically, the builder of the neighborhood used cheap grass for the lots and it is prone to weeds. Any house in the neighborhood that has nice grass, has had the lawn professionally resodded. In the drier months you can water 40 minutes a zone 3 days a week and it's like you didn't water at all. It takes quite a lot of water to quench this yard. By a lot I mean about 30,000 gallons a month. The noise pollution is pretty bad in this area. The design of the house put a huge emphasis on the main room and master bedroom makes for very small bedrooms. Natural light in the house is poor. The flow of the house is not good except in the main room and master. The rest of it is choppy. Even the orientation in reference to the back yard feels like it should turn 90 degrees... There is no bathtub, so it's not a good house for kids. But, all in all it is a fairly decent place to live.
