The house is in a perfect location for us. However, so close to the road, its loud at all times due to traffic. The street also has no night time lights so its extremely dark. The AC does not regulate correctly, some rooms are very cold while others get very little circulaton and match the temperature closer to outsides temperature. The smallest room in the house, which is against the patio wall, has some sort of foundation issue as the floor is extremely warped. It is clear there is a leak somewhere that they ignore and put new wood over when a new tenant comes in. The fence is on its last leg, any time there is a breeze the fence barely holds itself up. Its extremely scary during hurricane season. The neighbor behind the house has giant trees that lean over the fence onto this houses property. The trees are directly on the fence and cast huge shadows over the pool. During the winter when the trees die, it covers the pool cage with its dead leaves and branches. During summer it blooms back and covers all sunlight from reaching the pool. Because the pool isnt heated, the pool is freezing cold withouth sunlight. The master bathroom also has mold issues and you can see water building up in the ceiling. The house is great for what it provides; space and location. However its clear the house is neglected due to the cycle of renters in and out. Some unlucky soul will be here when the fence falls, when the leaks become too bad that it floods the inside, etc. Just know what you're getting into ! It’s too expensive for all of its downfalls.
