Love it here

I love it here, it's very quiet no noise at night April the manager is the best.shes very caring, things get done if needed.thank you April.

Great place to live

We've been here for 7 years, and it is a good place to live.

place not like it use to be

has trash problem to where people just throw it on ground an not in trash so then it gets scattered all around parking lot an apartments and no one cares to clean it up it just stays as it is and continues. Maintance is never complete or not even done at all no matter how many times you ask or bring it up. they do walk throughs claiming to see what needs to be done and then after 1 min they are gone and nothing has changed or got done. they have rules posted about kids riding bikes etc but they dont enforce it so you have bikes and kids stuff all over apartments and just left in road or where ever and nothing gets taking care of. this place has gone down and seems to continue heading down to just another slumlord with nice apartments looking and becoming like all the rest run down apartments..
