I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is well-maintained, and you truly get what you pay for. One thing that stands out is the responsiveness of the maintenance team, every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been addressed within 24 hours, which is something I haven’t experienced at many other apartment communities. Communication between management, staff, and residents is excellent. The team is friendly, professional, and easy to reach when questions or concerns arise. They do a great job keeping residents informed and following through on requests. I also appreciate the amenities offered. They go beyond the bare minimum that many apartment buildings provide and add real value to the living experience. The community is well cared for, and it’s clear that management takes pride in maintaining the property and creating a positive environment for residents. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place with responsive management, reliable maintenance, great communication, and amenities that make a difference.

I came to Milwaukee for law school and Vim provided the perfect location for me to live for the past 3 years. I love my studio unit and really enjoy all the community events that Vim tries to put on for its residents. Location is very convenient, maintenance is very quick in responding to issues, parking is nice, and the property comes with some good amenities. A few minor drawbacks are some noise issues with neighboring residents, some issues with the packaging room, and the front elevator having issues over the past couple of years. Overall, would rate my living experience as a 4/5.

I just moved in. The staff was very eager to help in anyway. They were willing to work with my complicated schedule to make sure I was able to move in when I needed. Extremely friendly staff surrounded by a great community.
