Living here for the past several years has been an incredible experience, and I’m sad to be leaving. This place truly felt like home. The location is ideal—steps from scenic hiking trails, the river, and conveniently right across the street from a supermarket (especially handy in winter!). The covered parking, clean and well-maintained communal spaces, and thoughtful perks like Donut Saturdays and free coffee made daily life even better. The staff here is exceptional. Garrett, the manager, stands out for being warm, approachable, and always quick to address any questions or concerns. Maintenance was equally excellent—fast, efficient, and reliable. Safety is clearly a top priority, with staff promptly addressing anything from package area security to rare hallway concerns. The living spaces are designed to impress. The nearly floor-to-ceiling windows on the west-facing side offer stunning sunsets that made evenings unforgettable. The rooftop area, with its lush greenery, comfortable seating, and grill, was another favorite spot for relaxing or entertaining. If you’re looking for a beautiful, safe, and welcoming community with excellent management and amenities, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Hello, My vehicle was damaged for the third time at 1:05 am this morning along with other vehicles. There was no security out in the parking area for the third time. What is going on with security? I was told we would have security in the parking areas. This will be my second time paying $1000 to get my window fixed.

During my time time at Avenir staff was always super helpful and accommodating. Whenever I put in a maintenance request (which wasn’t often) staff was always able to take care of it right away! For the price, location and amenities you are getting an amazing value. I highly recommend Avenir.
