The lack of soundproofing in this apartment complex is frustrating, you can hear everything that happens in the apartment next door and the underground parking lot needs cleaning.

Apartment units are very nice and quite affordable for the location. The Complex recently added some commercial vendors which has been a welcome addition. Overall solid apartment.
