I’ve been here 5 years, while the outside complexes combined with some foot traffic on the sides streets would make you think it’s likely not the greatest place upon first judgment, it’s quite the opposite! My unit has in unit w/d, beautiful modern grey wood floors, modern new microwave and stove. If you don’t have that and or something isn’t working, let them know and they will absolutely come fix or replace it for you, are generally fast and very nice and accommodating to your schedule when to do so! The staff has been very helpful, understanding and patient with every situation I’ve had while also doing their job properly. I have nothing bad to say about the inside, in a funny way I just wish I had an elevator to the third floor with my kids at times. And the foot traffic can some times not be the best through the area but that’s really it. I’ve lived at a few places and constantly look at prices of other places to compare and honestly think the price of a 2 bd 1 b the rent price here is one of the best!
