Reviews summary
Panorama Snoqualmie is widely praised for its friendly and professional staff, with numerous residents highlighting Makayla and her team's responsiveness and attentiveness to concerns. The apartment units and community facilities are well-maintained, with timely maintenance services contributing to a positive living experience. Families particularly appreciate the community's focus on family-oriented programs and activities, which foster neighbor interactions and a sense of belonging. The location in Snoqualmie is also noted for its beautiful mountain views and proximity to outdoor activities and quick access to I-90, appealing to those who enjoy nature and convenient commutes.
However, parking issues are a recurrent concern among residents. Many find the parking arrangements inconvenient, with limited guest spots and inconsistent parking space sizes leading to frustrations. Noise levels, particularly from stairwells and shared spaces, are mentioned by several reviews, though the overall sentiment suggests that the complex remains relatively peaceful. While earlier reviews noted frequent police visits, the more recent feedback does not emphasize this concern, suggesting potential improvements in community safety and management.

Moved in around 3 years ago, and I sincerely believe that the attention to quality has significatively decreased in the last 12 months, proof of that is the high number of empty units in a community that used to have waiting lists to access. the enforcement of the community rules, the cleaning, the lack of attention to neighbors that perturb the living of the ones around them (despite the many complains) is evident to the point that people is leaving the community because of it, and apparently the management prefers to let go 3 or 4 rule compliant residents than confront a perturbing one.

Panorama Snoqualmie has a great staff and nice apartment units as well as beautiful amenities. One downside here is the parking lot — it seems that whoever drew the lines did not measure the lengths of the spots whatsoever. They did a bad job; you will find parking spots that have a space for a car and a half, and the adjacent spot barely fits a tiny sedan, and that is in many different lots throughout the community. Multiple parking spots were turned into tree spots as well, so a lot of people would have to walk far away from their building to get to their designated parking spots, and that is a nightmare in winter. In addition, if you live in a one or two-bedroom apartment, you are allowed one car only! As if the wife/husband would not need a car to go to work?! Hence, we have to park the other car way outside the community.
I have seen many communities building parking under the apartment units themselves, which makes more spaces for parking and provides shelter for cars from snow in the winter and heat in the summer. I wish Panorama did the same thing; it would have saved a lot of space and made parking a more enjoyable experience.

The main thing going for this property, besides its easier affordability compared to other rentals is the location here in beautiful Snoqualmie with views and great area for doing all things outdoors and quick access to I90.
Parking on this property outside of the one dedicated spot given is a challenge if having guests over. The noise level of others up and down the stairwells and neighboring kids slamming doors and screaming can get tiresome. Outside of that, its relatively quiet for an apartment complex over all.

For the price, the apartment itself is good and in good condition. Grounds are well kepted. Maintenance is quick and timely. Staff are quick to answer questions and take care of concerns. Living in Snoqualmie and on the Ridge is wonderful. Snoqualmie police are always quick to handle criminal activity happening in the complex. Plenty of kids around to listen to their playing and having fun in and around the stairwells, between buildings, parking lots and at the pool.
