Wayfarer

Absolutely love living here! The staff are all so kind & attentive, maintenance is faster than I've ever experienced, and the amenities + seasonal after-work events or just random breakfasts/pizza days are so much fun. I love that we also just recently got a night security team. With past situations or just the location being iffy at times, having this is very comforting. The only thing I would disagree on is the price of parking. I understand it's an extra benefit if you're willing/able to afford it, however, with the area being so limited with street parking as we are right next to the hospitals and tons of apartments, and not exactly wanting to walk from my car to the building by myself, regardless the time of day, I would hope this is something that the owners would be willing to revisit in the future so that everyone can have that fair chance of being able to afford a spot.

The place is managed by a great team. The apartment complex is kept clean, the package management was great and the refuse room is kept tidy. Many great resident events were held. I’m happy to have stayed with Wayfarer for a year.

I love the smell of the essential oils used but right now the 3rd floor dumpster area stinks so bad. i also noticed some used cup inside the lift. The air vents for heater is not positioned appropriately. One heater vent it directly infront of the oven which already emits heat and one tiny vent in the living area not enough to warm the place. The cabinet shelves are almost flushed to the door, cannot use the backdoor to hang some utensils.
