Moved into Vive Apartment Homes in October 2022, already resigned and moved into the largest unit. Pros - #1 The staff here Ian & Oliver are incredible. Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, generous and fun. They run a stellar program and take care of the building and residents the best I've experienced in my many years of renting. #2 Maintenance requests are done VERY quickly with no inconvenience to residents. Oliver is so amazing! #3 Great location! In walking distance to downtown Ballard and Fremont, which have so many great restaurants, shops and activities. #4 Units are beautiful!!! Hardwood flooring in the main areas make life with pets so much better, appliances are beautiful which include full size washer and dryers. The color palette is perfect, very neutral and modern. #5 Parking Garage option (for additional fee) makes parking more convenient, otherwise, never an issue with parking on the street. #6 Community is great. Neighbors are respectful and it is a locked building so there is security. We have events offered and Ian keeps us up to date with events on the screens. The lounge is very cool to host some parties, play some pool or enjoy a movie night. There is a roof garden with lounge area, fire pit, grilling and TVs available. Cons - Honestly not a lot here in cons. I'd love a gym or membership options but the Ballard Health Club is walkable and only $60/mo or if you want to pay more, there is also Olympia Athletic Club walkable too. I would also love more storage but there are also tons of storage companies near if you need.

I've lived at Vive Apartment Homes in Ballard since October 2022. I've already upgraded to a larger unit and extended my lease. I love living here! 1- Staff is incredible. Ian and Oliver are an amazing team and they are what make living at Vive the most enjoyable. Both are incredibly kind, friendly, generous and professional. Any needs are followed up with immediately. Ian has events scheduled that keep us informed of activities around town as well as at the property. 2 - Community is kept beautiful, clean and safe. It is controlled access only and has the option of garage parking (additional fee). I've parked on the street this time with no issues. I also have dogs that I have to walk and it's a great neighborhood to do so without concerns. The neighbors I've encountered have been so sweet, friendly and there are most that just keep to themselves, but again still great. 3 - Units are also great with hardwood flooring in main living areas, walk-in closets (larger unit), the appliance are beautiful and the unit palettes are neutral and modern. I love the light I get from all the windows. 4 - Neighborhood is perfect. Vive is located within easy walking distance to Downtown Ballard full of shops, restaurants and activities like the Sunday Farmers Market. There are also easy line to public transit. There is no gym on site but Weidner offers all residents options to join virtually for things like yoga, cooking classes, art classes and activities. Also the Olympic Athletic Club or Ballard Health Club is walking distance. Really, I do not have any cons that warrant a comment about this property. I continue to be so pleased with my choice of moving here.

Living at Vive has been great so far. It's conveniently close to most of my shopping needs with a miniature Target, several grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff here are amazing; friendly, attentive to your needs, and personable. I always appreciate running into one of them here because they are approachable and laid-back while still being professional. The rooftop has a lovely view and while the noise can be a little loud depending on which direction your windows face when open, the sliding glass does cut a lot out when closed. The only amenities are the lobby lounge area with comfy seating, pool table, and shuffleboard in addition to two elevators and a spacious rooftop. No gym here if that's your necessity, but the option for garage parking, while limited, is nice as street parking isn't great (no fault of Vive).

Moved into VIVE in October 2022. I toured 8 different properties in the Seattle area and basically the same layout and price point at all the properties. Quite a few properties had some amazing amenities that VIVE just does not offer at this time. I chose VIVE after meeting the Property Manager Nico. He was just so personable, his tour was great, he mentioned and showed me the activities that coordinates for the residents which seemed like a great time. I could tell he genuinely took pride in his community, which is so clean and it smells amazing, quiet and well cared for. The maintenance supervisor, Ollie is so efficient and takes care of any concerns immediately. I am always seeing Nico and Ollie cleaning the floors and different area as well as straightening up to make sure our property looks great! The community itself is so low-key and friendly and very pet friendly. Nico is so easy to talk to and never makes me feel like I'm burdening him with whatever questions or concerns I may have. I signed a new lease for another year at VIVE, mostly because I don't think another community can match the staff here. I do wish they offered amenities, but Nico and Ollie make up for that missing piece.
