Reviews summary
The Wave Apartments in Seattle receive positive feedback for their friendly and professional staff, especially individuals like Nick and Dylan who are frequently praised for their helpfulness and commitment. The property is appreciated for its central location, proximity to Seattle attractions, and vibrant, community-oriented atmosphere, making it attractive for young professionals and those who enjoy city living. Many residents highlight the stunning views and well-maintained apartments, contributing to their overall satisfaction.
However, a few concerns are noted, primarily related to building maintenance and neighborhood safety. Some reviews mention frequent elevator issues and inadequacies in building cleanliness, such as infrequent window cleaning. There are also concerns about noise from nearby events and a decrease in hosted community events. Despite these issues, many residents express a strong affinity for the community and its amenities, which include a fitness center, rooftop decks, and pet-friendly spaces. These factors combine to make The Wave a desirable choice for many, despite some ongoing challenges.

Having assigned parking would be great or atleast an option for people if they want one.
Having a dedicated indoor per grooming station room would be an aweson advantage as most of the new highrise towers have it in a glamed up style.

Great location but you pay for it.
Wonderful front door team of Dylan and Nick.
Maintenance team is great.
Amenity value is in the rooftops, but even those could use work (even after they 'improved' them). Gym is pretty basic and has just enough. Unclear on the value added from the 'updates' to it, they removed the TV?
They painted most of the hallway walls, but two toned equals less paint. The new carpets are clean, for now, but don't look down while you walk or you might get the spins.
Everything is just nice enough to seem higher end from a distance or a glance, but closer look shows cheapness. The dust and grime are there if you look up.
Too corporate and bottom lined focused which equals overpriced and you pay for things even if you don't want or use. Credit reporting fee every month I don't need/want and can't opt out of. Cleaning fee upon move in but I had to clean layers of dust before moving in and they request you clean before you move out.
If you have the means to overpay and want to be in the area then it works.
If they offer you anything make sure you get it in writing.

This building has great amenities and location, but the staff is what stands out. Niko is one of the best leasing agents I've ever worked with and Dillon is as friendly resident oriented a front desk staff member as I've ever encountered. Everyone else I've interacted with, but names I can't recall have also been great! They make this place feel more and more like home!

I've noticed since I lived here there has been a decline in how management operates. At the Nolo we don't even have a concierge. This is pretty upsetting because when we had Dylan or Nick have been very helpful and it is great to have them easily assessable. Other staff such as certain leasing specialist have not been very helpful and seem not to care when a resident needs help.
There was an instance there was an issue with the amazon locker and I asked a leasing staff for help since we did not have Nick or Dylan around to help out. We had a package delivered to the amazon locker by another carrier and when we tried to get the package it was there but for some reason not registered to anyone so it would not appear. We talked to the leasing agent and he said only amazon packages are for the amazon locker and it would not be here. He would not take me seriously and it felt disrespectful. If I am paying a good price to live at a luxury apartment at stadium place, I expect respect especially if I am giving respect to all staff. Respect should not be one sided.
Afterwards, I had to hunt down Dylan and he fixed the issue and found my package inside the amazon locker. Dylan, Nick and the maintenance team are the only staff that have been giving excellent customer service. The leasing team could use some work when it comes down to it, it seems like they only care how they appear to new clients.
Lastly, when I first moved here there were events all the time and now there are barely any. I am disappointed to see that there was an event posted for Tat's Deli sandwiches to be catered in the lounge and upon arriving and waiting for 30 minutes there was no sign of this event happening. The lack of events being hosted takes away the sense of community stadium place once had. I also noticed Atlas Networks has been hosting all the events lately and not stadium place.
Stadium Places used to be better, the decline has me convinced to move elsewhere.
