The Eddy at Green Lake Village

The community is amazing. It is consistently clean and friendly staff. The team always communicates and is supportive five stars at a five stars. I’m grateful to have such a well-maintained community maintenance is on point and the staff is always so welcoming. I am happy to say that I live at The Eddy At Greenlake Village.

Absolutely fabtastic. The living experience at the Eddy had been spectacular. The onsite maintence team is stellar. You see them all the time. They are friendly and courteousy and prompt to take care ig any concerns. The office staff is the best in town. They are friendly and helpful and always available. The office is open so frequently its simple to stop by and say hi. And if you need anything. Chris and Wylder are quick to assist and will always send a friendly hello. Shanti and Kelsey are knowlegeable and supportive in any questions or concerns. I absolutely love my living experience at the eddy and gove the team 5stars!!! Thabk you for being part of the best experience in Greenlake/ in Seattle! We are very fortunate to have you all!

I absolutely love living at the Eddy at Greenlake Village. Walk into the air condotioned lobby, pick up your mail from the large mail room then up the elevator to your beautiful oasis by the lake. The maintenance team does an amazing job at keeping the halls, entry ways and elevators clean and smelling amazing! Maintenace has answered any questions and been attentive to any maintencae request. Thank you! Thr onsite team is Fabulous. They are courteous and helpful and the best group of people to connect with. This team really cares about their residents- i feellit with every smile and hello when I see them. . And the events- 2 events a month are so awesome. They are a must attend. Its a great wat to remove the seattle freeze and get to know you neighbors/ possible new friends. And we are so close to the Lake and in front of PCC and a to of coffee shops and eateries. It is quiet and tranquil in the evening and beautiful and Vibrant in the morning and day time. We have Luxurious style amenities; 3 exterior entertaining spaces, 2 upgraded gyms, a luxury valet trash service k Location Location Location! Dont forget to breathe in the freah air from the beaitiful rooftop while walking along the gardens atop the roof and enjoying the goegeous views! Thank you Team at the Eddy !!!
