Arbora Court 4

I have lived at Arbora Court for a year and our newest property manager and team has made a huge difference. Huy is amazing. The building is kept clean, the elevators work, the washers and dryers work, and most importantly the disorderly neighbor has been removed. What a difference good management and leadership makes.

I can only imagine how difficult it must be to run a low income apartment building. There is constantly something broken (ex. the elevator and the back gate), amentities that were initially provided (ex. shared balcony and community room) were rescided, and there always seems to be homeless individuals who sneak in to sleep in the stairwell and alcoves of the building. I’m not surprised though; there seems to be very few people in the building who care about maintaining it. The fire alarm is costantly going off in the late hours of night. But most of these issues stem from poor management from previous teams and less than optimal residents. It’s a difficult task and a thankless job being a property management team.

I enjoy living here. I appreciate the office staff. The staff is alway friendly. One thing that would be helpful is if we had someone to contact on the weekends about broken elevators etc. I worry for residents who can not safely use the stairwell when we have broken elevators.
