My partner and I moved in just over a month ago and have gotten a feel for the building in the area. It's in walking distance from pretty much any type of restaurant you could ask for, the post office, ups store, etc. The apartment itself is quiet and clean, maintenance requests take about a week to fulfill due to covid restrictions, but they were professional when looking at our washer and fixed the problem quickly. The only thing I don't like about this place is the parking situation. There are only about 10 spots in the garage and there's a waiting list. Most of the permit street parking around the building has been converted to paid, metered parking because of the Climate Pledge Arena. On event days, the lots near the building are $30-$50 for an evening. Living here qualifies you for a RPZ parking permit for zone 13, but you're looking at searching for a spot within zone 13 for a good 5-10 minutes and at least a 10-15 minute walk back to the apartment building because zone 13 has been moved back further into the residential areas of queen anne. If parking isn't an issue for you, I highly recommend this building. My partner and I have been able to make the permit situation work but it's not ideal.
