I have enjoyed living here to date the building is older but has everything you need the full size washer and dryers are so convenient and the view in the evening is peaceful, proximity to local downtown area is great. I haven't had any problems to speak of that were not remedied they have new maintenance so any problems that arise get attended to fairly quickly and the price is right. I WILL be renewing my lease no doubts about it!

no lights in common area for over a month/ manger is aware and has tried to secure maintenance / The safety of the client is important / our children and elders leave as early as 6:30 in the morning and there is no light / those coming home also experience no light due to the lights not coming on til after 9:30 at night / Would you venture out of your home not knowing who or what is outside your door?

I really enjoy living here. I was to see the New owners start to update, this location has potential to increase value with upgrades. Some of the amenities ie; appliances need to be repaired if not replaced. I'm quite sure in due time updates will be made. However I am quite comfortable with amenities as is. I realize the previous owner was a bit slow to fix anything. So the change is DEFINITELY noticed as well as needed. Your staff is diligent and professional. So thanks.

Great apartment for a greater price! 10/10 would recommend for anyone trying to live close to Seattle but spend way less on housing! Everyone here is really nice, including staff! Amazing views as well.
