Overall the unit is very nice. I am a bug fan kf the high ceilingd and windows. Staff are kind and helpful. Location is fantastic. Amenities are nice with good common areas. The only real areas of improvement i can identify are AC in the bedrooms as well as the main room (It can get quite hot if the door is shut) and the parking. The general garage parking is fairly expensive and it seems as though more passes have been sold than there are spots which can make it very difficult to find parking sometimes. This was challenging when i would get back from night shift at 6am, have to park on the street and then have to wake up move my car before getting a ticket in the morning.

I strongly advise potential renters to be cautious when considering this apartment community. While the location and amenities may seem appealing at first, there’s a major issue with how the management handles unit turnovers. When you move out, the property managers charge ridiculous fees for “unit flipping” – essentially, they transfer the cost of preparing the unit (paint and painting hours) for the next tenant onto you. What’s worse, they take up to 80% of your security deposit to cover these costs. This practice feels extremely unfair and is something to be aware of when budgeting for your move-out expenses. It seems like an effort to get more money out of tenants without clear justification. Overall, while the apartment might seem nice, the hidden costs of leaving or transferring units are not worth it. I’d recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re prepared for unexpected charges at the end of your lease.
