Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior. Breed restrictions are not solely based on the above list. Landlord reserved the right to modify the list at any time.

I have very few complaints about this place. I love the location, the staff are friendly and helpful and very prompt. I just do not care for the Ant issues when living on the bottom floor and hope the bug spray works because it was pretty bad upon moving in. Lastly I don't like the limited storage.

The neighbors above us are heard a lot, any walking, running or moving of chairs etc everything we can hear. The appliances are super old, bit other then that the place is clean, very easy and fast to get an appliance fixed and office staff is prompt and easy to work with.

I love the location. When we need services done its super quick and responsive. Parking could be better. I think we just got caught with bad timing for our move in. We moved into a unit that didn't look clean (there was pasta sauce on the oven and paint in the carpet), the carpet is old and coming up in many spots, the window sills are swollen from water sitting on them, ash burns in the bathroom floors, it seems like someone left a lit cigarette on the counter in one of the bathrooms and it melted the counter, and when we signed and did our move in inspection it smelled so bad from cigarettes that we couldn't move in for a few days and had all the windows open to air the place out. By the time the administration office was done with our paperwork (~30 days after submitting our papers) it was too late to try to go anywhere else for us and we had to take it. We did the introductory tour via Skype or Zoom or whatever during the start of COVID and the unit they showed looked new and nice, hardwood floors, well painted, etc. And they said that wasn't the unit we were getting but it was going to be the same interior. I just feel they gave us a bait and switch. Otherwise, its a pretty nice place to live and everything is pretty close.
