As a resident of Watercrest Apartments, I want to express my sincere appreciation for this exceptional community. Watercrest offers a comfortable and engaging lifestyle. The location in Lake Forest Park is vibrant, with easy access to shopping centers like Albertsons and Alderwood Mall. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Interurban Trail and Lake Forest Park Town Center. What truly makes Watercrest feel like home is the amazing team they have assembled. The management and staff are always friendly, helpful, and responsive to any concerns. But I want to give a special shout-out to the maintenance team, who are truly top-notch! They have an amazing response time and their work ethic and follow-through are commendable. Anytime I've needed assistance, they've addressed the issue promptly and efficiently. The amenities at Watercrest are outstanding. The 24-hour fitness center allows me to maintain my workout routine, while the outdoor pool and sauna provide the perfect relaxation after a long day. I love spending time in these spaces, and they are always well maintained thanks to the hard work of the maintenance team. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, featuring elegant touches such as oversized closets and private patios or balconies. My apartment overlooks Lake Washington, providing breathtaking views. Overall, Watercrest Apartments has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's more than just a place to live; it's a place to call home thanks to the amazing staff and community they foster. Review I moved here from a sister property as a single mom, sight unseen, from out of state and couldn’t have been luckier! The staff is like family, the neighbors are incredible, and I absolutely love my apartment. Although I was saving for a home after starting over, I’m seriously reconsidering my timeline since I’m no longer in a rush. They are dog-friendly, child friendly, within walking distance to the high school, across the street from two amazing restaurant (and one fast food), and a short drive to nearly anything. There’s even a great neighborhood with a view of the lake that everyone walks in.

The leasing staff (Travis, in particular) really helped sell us on this place. The space itself is a-okay, and I'd be hard pressed to find anything deal breaking. Note: if you get a room on the West (Bothell Way) side, you will have to adjust to some road noise.

The way management here creates actual relationships with the tenants is wonderful. Just want to send a very grateful thank you to the landscaping, maintenance and office staff. I fell so lucky to be here.
