Cons Garbage and Dog Waste. Garbage overflows the dumpsters regularly, people/kids just toss garbage on the ground and people don't pick up after their dogs. Loud Neighbors. You can hear everything. Screaming kids, doors slamming, toilets flushing, footsteps etc etc Parking. Spots are tiny - only 8ft wide. I have had more damage done to my car since living here than the entire 4yrs I've owned it. Management offers paid parking, but spots are just as small and the shelters covering the paid spots leak. They said they 'hope my insurance covers the damage" as they don't have cameras in the parking lot. Fees. Outrageously high fees and questionable utilities management. They use the company Minol for utilities billing which has ~25 complaints on BBB. I recently lost my job and was a few hundred short on rent and the late fee is $125. In Seattle the cap is $10 for reference. They refused both a one time waiver and a one-time reduction due to hardship, citing 'fairness to other renters" lol Police Activity. The police have been here multiple times in the few months I've been here. Pull a records request if you'd like more info. Pros Location. It's convenient.
