Grandridge Place

I have lived at Grandridge Place for almost one year and it has been a wonderful experience! Living Space Lovely. Doesn't feel like an apartment. Has vaulted ceilings, huge windows with pretty view of the grounds, private patio, modern colors and appliances. Location Great location, within five minutes of major highways. Worked well as a central location for accessing multiple healthcare facilities throughout Tri-Cities and Hermiston, Oregon. Gas, grocery, shopping, gym, and entertainment just minutes away. Safe area. Huge park behind apartments, great for running, having picnics, and taking your dog for a walk. Maintenance Absolutely fantastic. Minimal issues. The handful of maintenance requests I have made have been addressed in less than 24 hours. They are super on top of things and very responsive. Consistently provide fast, friendly, and effective service. Greatly appreciate their efforts! Staff Can't say enough good things about the staff here. Stephanie and Isabella helped me move in. They are so professional, kind, and accommodating. Moving was utterly seamless. No weirdness, no delays, no surprises. Since that time, the staff has continued to answer whatever questions I have. They really go the extra mile, putting on lots of fun community activities like BBQs, movie nights, raffles/giveaways, garden parties, and more. Parking I pay for a covered spot right outside my apartment. Friends and family that come to visit haven't had any issues finding parking. Plenty of available spots. Noise None! I really value having a quiet and peaceful environment as a lot of my time is spent studying. I've never been able to hear my neighbors. Great sound-proofing. The community is generally very quiet. Pets Super pet-friendly! Live with a dog and a cat. Grassy areas all over the property for potty breaks. Overall, five stars. Highly, highly recommend Grandridge Place!!!

We really do love being here. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is quiet. The rent is reasonable for this economy and the maintenance people are very quick to answer work orders and efficient with completion. The only downside we notice is that parking is a chore. We would really prefer a designated spot in front of our building but we understand that space is limited. Oberall we are very happy here.
