The (104)

We are currently tenants that moved into 'The 104 Apartments' just about 4-months ago and love living here! Prior to going inside and meeting Eugene for a scheduled tour, I stopped a couple outside that were clearly tenants and asked them just one question - "what do you dislike the most about living here?". They both had the same answer of "nothing; there isn't anything we dislike" and instead, gave me a handful of reasons why they have actually enjoyed living here for the past 2.5 years. And so far, we can fully agree with all of their reasons some of which are included below. The staff here are incredibly nice and all interactions since touring for the first time have been positive. All the other tenants we've met so far are super chill and pet-friendly. The building is always clean and the quality of our unit's "build" is more than acceptable when compared to units with similar floorplans offered by other apartment properties in the area. The location is very convenient as it's close to I-405 along with having many restaurants, parks, and trails nearby - making our dog walks enjoyable. Maintenance is quick to address and resolve issues in a timely manner. The one minor complaint we have is regarding the parking situation, which is what the couple that I spoke to also said. But the parking situation is a minor inconvenience at most and is easily overshadowed by the immense amount of positives that 'The 104 Apartments' offers. Overall, we truly feel like we got lucky with how happy we have been with our decision moving into 'The 104 Apartments' and how much we love our unit. We hope to continue living here for the foreseeable future!
