I'm charged for +1,800 sq ft, but there is barely 1,200 sq ft of usable space. They include hvac/duckwork/water heater space as usable sq footage, which you can't stand up or move around in. The loft is also not usable if you are over 5'9". The fixtures/kitchen/bathrooms are very dated. We are charged $75 extra monthly for our second parking spot in a 2 bed/2 bath unit. Rent has jumped up over 10% annually for the last 2 years. The new management is not flexible or very pleasant to deal with. It's a "take it or leave it" attitude from a "luxury-ha" apartment building. There are no amenities (e.g., fitness center, pool, game room, etc.) similar comparables around the corner. It is a unique building in a great location, with good residents who feel like true neighbors in a community. But with the new management, fool me once shame on you, but I'm slowly packing up so I don't get fooled again.
