There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350, $125 nonrefundable pet fee for caged animals and pet rent can range from $25 - $45 per pet each month.
Dogs must be below 75lbs. We do not allow aggressive breeds including American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Chow Chow, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Doberman Pinschers, Australian Cattle Dog, Dachshund, Staffordshire Bull Terrior, Alaskan Malamutes, and Wolf Hybrids. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.
