We recently moved in, it has only been 2 MONTHS and i can not wait to move out. Unfortunately we got exited on how the buildings looked on the outside and how beautiful the landscaping is. Its true when they say “dont judge a book by its cover. We have had issues with the tenants down below us being very loud at all hours of the day, not only being loud and obnoxious but being so rude, mind you they are only young boys. It’s upsetting how rude the younger generation has become. Now the cleanliness of the building is another issue, trash, food, wrappers and ashes have been left in the building for weeks and not been cleaned. The unit we are in is slowly crumbling… the wall at the entrance near the top right side of the door is SEPERATING from the door frame! That is not safe! Only after a few showers the paint on the cieling of the shower started to crack and peel off.
