Homeslty when I first moved here, we were not at all impressed by management. We had reached our the manager of this location 3 months before we moved to
Utah. We agreed this was a good fit for us about 5 weeks before making the move. We submitted all of our info, and waited. We were reasured that given our info, we should be compleltely fine and we will get approved. Despite submitting everything over a month before coming, our lease wasnt readyfor us fo sign until we were literally on the way. I was moving from Texas to Utah with absolutely no gauruntee of anytning apartment wise becausee we had found this place and stopped shopping around, and yet no matter how many times we called asking politelty if we could get the leasse agreement, we didnt get it until day of. Furhthermore it felt like evry time we called or needed anything, he was NEVER in the office when it was open. Then on top of all of it, we get wrongly billed, and now me and my fiance are responsible for paying back MONTHS worth of back charges that you guys messed up on and didnt charge in your system All while we are trying to grow our small business, you guys randomly hit us with an almodt 2,000$ bill becayse of poop managemenet. How does aomeone not catch a msitake that big for months? Does nobody look at any of the financials or billing for the reseidnece here ar all?
That all being said, I
enjoy the building and the location. I also see there is a new manager around and she seems much better and more responsive!
