I really enjoy the location and our townhome is adequate. I like that it's brand new and has a 'clean' look & feel, but I honestly feel like they were rushing to put these up that they made some significant errors in construction. For example, our heater didn't work (hose was broken) and some trim materials were missing from our bar. The biggest issue is the drainage. The first big rain we had caused our finished basement window wells to fill up with water and leak into our home. This isn't good! Water damage causes all kinds of issues, so I don't think they thought this through very carefully. The staff is pleasant, but can be slow to respond at times.
