The best thing here is how well it is maintained. The maintenance team does an exceptional job and is really on top of things. Everyone is super friendly too (except maybe the office manager who always seems callous and rather mean). The cost has been going up and up and I am not sure it is a super affordable option anymore. The utilities especially seem to have skyrocketed. One negative is that the office does not seem to be very good at things. They often let everyone know minutes before the water gets shut off even for planned maintenance which can cause a lot of inconvenience. They don't reliably respond to communication and generally it seems like either they don't have good processes in place for office management or else they are not trained very well. The only other thing I see as a negative here is that there are very weird electrical things that happen. Lights are burning out after a week or two of being replaced, appliances frequently burn out, chargers drop like flies . . . it's a problem that no one here has ever figured out the cause of. In general, though, its a pretty good place to live. Gated, safe, lots of kids playing outside pets being walked which is a pretty nice atmosphere IMO. And there is a pond that someone recently put 4 ducks in (love the ducks).
