Creekside at Kenney's Fort

I’ve been living in this community for a while now, and overall, it’s been a very positive experience. The area is safe, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and major highways. The management team is generally responsive and helpful whenever maintenance requests come up — most issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities are another plus — the gym is clean and well-equipped, and the pool area is a great spot to relax on weekends. The landscaping team keeps the surroundings neat, and parking is usually not a problem. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes noise from neighboring units can be noticeable, and rent increases at renewal time can feel a bit steep. Still, compared to other options in the area, it’s a comfortable and well-run place to live. Overall, I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars — a great community with a few minor areas for improvement.

I really like the complex and it's location, but it seems like a lot of people who live here want everyone else to have to listen to their loud vehicles and the stereo system ( the bass ) when they are coming or going.
