Summers Crossing Apartments

Been a faithful tenant for almost 6 years now i wish that I could get some upgrades in my apartment new toilet, bathroom tile needs an update, microwave, stove, refrigerator and new countertop in my apartment that would be a blessing seems like they don’t upgrade for tenants that have been here for years. I feel the whole apartment complex needs an update.

Been living here for five years now it used to be peaceful now it’s very different some neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate when it comes to respecting their neighbors playing televisions loudly in the morning smoking cigarettes and other substances all day, when all your neighbors in the building can smell the smell through their vents but they are just ignoring the situation. The office knew about this issue and only give out warnings to those residents and those residents are still doing whatever they want. Rent continuously go up each year with no consideration for the residents that’s been living here for years that have been great residents you will never receive any updates or upgrades to your apartments when renewing your list each year. The property grounds sometimes are clean and sometimes not. The new people in the office sometimes answer the phone and sometime don’t one of the new people in the office is very, very rude when speaking to you like they are trying to rush you off the phone even if you have questions concerning your apartment. The parking for residents could be better I wish we had assigned parking spots because sometimes you have residents here feel like they are entitled to a certain parking spot because it’s close to their door and they don’t want to walk a few steps away to get to their door. I pray it gets better here.
