Pets allowed. Pet limit 3 allowed. Pet deposit fee min/max $200 - $600. Our pet deposit is $200.00 with a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee due at move-in.  A $100.00 non-refundable pet fee is due for each additional animal, up to three animals allowed.  Service and assistance animals are not subject to deposits, fees, or pet rent. Monthly pet rent is $20.00 for the first animal and $10.00 for each additional animal, up to three animals.  (Service animals are not subject to deposits or pet rent) Current vet records and a photo of your pet are required before move-in. Pets less than 6 months old are not allowed.  An additional $100.00 deposit is required for pets less than one year old. The following breeds, including any mix of the restricted breeds, are not allowed: Pit bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Staffordshire terrier, Bull terrier, American Bulldog, Dalmatian, Fila Brasileiro, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Boxer, Husky, Akita, and Chow.  You may be required to provide proof of breed from a licensed veterinarian.   Pets must be on a leash at all times.  There will be a $100.00 penalty for the owners of pets not kept on a leash while out on the property.   Pets are not allowed without direct supervision. This includes dog parks, parking lots, and balconies.  Pet owners are responsible for immediately removing and disposing of pet waste.  Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 penalty. An animal may be removed if it poses a direct threat to others, or it causes substantial property damage, or if it is not under control and the handler does not take effective action.  Pet and animal owners will not allow their pet to make noise or disturb the rights and comforts of other residents. All stipulations of the pet agreement are strictly enforced.    Misrepresentation Riverhorse Ranch 2 Apartments is committed to complying with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local laws regarding service and assistance animals.  We recognize the rights of individuals with disabilities to have equal access to housing accommodations.   Knowingly misrepresenting a pet as a service or assistance animal may violate state law and lease terms.   All stipulations of the animal agreement will be strictly enforced.  If an unauthorized pet is discovered inside your apartment, an initial fee of $100.00 will be charged, and an additional fee of $10.00 per day will be charged until the deposit and fees are paid, along with the submission of the proper paperwork.
