We do not have a weight limit, but the following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, reptiles, ferrets, turtles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The max number allowed and pet fees apply only for cats and dogs; the max number allowed and pet fees do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.

Work orders

I used to love living here. The property used to bectajen care if. It is now in disarray, and looks pathetic. Lets talk about maintenance: I have submitted more than 8 work orders for an AC issue. To date it is still not fixed. The pool is never clean, has algae and the grounds maintenance such as watering is not being kept up. The grass is dead from not watering. The maintenance girl is very respectful and does her very best. The manager is hardly in the office, and apparently from his texts to the apartment community, cant seem to habdle the work orders recieved. He shut the swimming pool down and sent actext accusing an unkown tenant of calling the pool issue of algae into the city of Midland. He stated he was leaving for an emergency, conveniently on the 4th of July weekend, and since sineone supposedly reported him, he closed the pool until he returns from his “emergency” leave. If i had to describe his management, childish and irresponsible come to mind. This behavior will be the demise of the property. I would not reccomend this property to my friends or anyone. It doesnt have to be this way, your management dictates your success.
