The restricted dog breeds for all homes include without limitation, Pit Bulls (a/k/a American Staffordshire Terriers), American Bull Dog, Tosa lnus, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, FIia Brasileiros, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Chow Chows, Shar Peis, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, Alaskan Malamutes, Basset Hounds, Blood Hounds, Bull Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids and all mixes of these breeds. No more than two (2) pets per apartment. If a pet is permitted by Management, Applicant must pay a non-refundable pet Fee of $350 per pet and $25 monthly rent per cat or dog, if applicable. Please note, monthly Pet Rent per pet will also be due Management. Please ask the Leasing Agent for details.

The restricted dog breeds for all homes include without limitation, Pit Bulls (a/k/a American Staffordshire Terriers), American Bull Dog, Tosa lnus, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, FIia Brasileiros, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Chow Chows, Shar Peis, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, Alaskan Malamutes, Basset Hounds, Blood Hounds, Bull Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids and all mixes of these breeds. No more than two (2) pets per apartment. If a pet is permitted by Management, Applicant must pay a non-refundable pet Fee of $350 per pet and $25 monthly rent per cat or dog, if applicable. Please note, monthly Pet Rent per pet will also be due Management. Please ask the Leasing Agent for details.
