Villas of Park Grove

I have complimented this complex before on Yelp, but I want everyone to know about the outstanding maintenance here. Both Henry and Luis are amazing -- efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. Today I want to emphasize how Henry, the head of maintenance, showed how much he cares about the residents. I guess it is to be expected that he knows how to fix EVERYTHING, but what is in a man's heart it isn't apparent on a resume. Recently, my A/C quit working at night. I left a message on the after-hour line and he called within a few minutes. He told me something to do that might make it reset and I did so. He let me know that he was absolutely willing to drive back here and set up a window unit for me but I told him that the reset worked. He assured me to let him know if it stopped and he would be right here. He checked on me first thing in the morning to be sure all was fine. There is a difference between a cold feeling of knowing something will eventually get fixed (my old apt.) and warm feeling (like a virtual hug) knowing he CARES about the people he is helping. I feel like he treats us the same as he treats his own mother. That is special... so I had to let you know.

I have only been here a few weeks but the atmosphere is very pleasant. People are very friendly. The workers in the leasing office are great. First time I moved anywhere, and it was totally clean and fresh, no damages to report.

I just want to brag about our management staff but especially maintenance. I try not to call unless I really need help. Well this morning the AC just wasn't cooperating. I called the office to let them know and within 20 minutes Henry was here and he knew exactly what the problem was before he even started. He was in and out in 8 minutes and had my apartment cooling normally. I love the many years of experience Henry has & his expert knowledge is appreciated. Luis is fantastic as well. Like I mentioned, I try not to call for maintenance & do handle small tasks myself, but I am blessed to have the wonderful staff here when I do need them.
