Village At Palm Center

I like the townhouse and staff but the towing company towed a roommate's car and a friend's car on the townhome side where we have no parking problems. We had previously had problems registering cars and there was a period where there was no manager or regional to discuss this with. The property was not prepared to start towing and the towing company took advantage of this. There was also no marked visitor parking as stated in the addendum. I paid for the girls towing that night so they could go to work the next day. it was $301 per car (total of $602). I assumed it was a mistake, would be corrected the next day, and did not realize I would have this much trouble getting a refund. I have tried talking to the rep from the towing company, which at first he told me to get him receipts and license info and he would issue a refund. I sent the info and he never contacted me back. I contacted him a week later, and he rescinded the refund. The third time we spoke, I asked for his supervisor info and he refused to give it to me. He called me untruthful and hung up on me. Both the regional and manager have tried talking to him but he refuses to issue a refund. I believe we were taken advantage of by the towing company.
