We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to our pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. Service or assistance animals (“Assistance Animals”) for persons with disabilities are not considered to be pets. Resident shall disclose any Assistance Animals on the Assistance Animal Disclosure Form and may be required to provide supporting documentation. All applicants are required to complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile.
