I specifically waited to write this review until after I had completely settled in and could give a thorough and accurate impression of my overall experience. I must honestly say that I could not have had a better experience in any regard. This entire community is simply amazing! My leasing specialist was Rey Guatzin. He is hands down the most intuitive and considerate agent I have ever had the experience of dealing with in my life. He will listen to everything that you are personally looking for and match you with the best apartments and locations for your specific needs! What an amazing asset he is to the team. He went above and beyond to have our apartment ready to fit our timeframe and is quite simply a miracle worker! Ask for Rey when you schedule an appointment to tour. Allow him the opportunity to impress you also! Everyone in this community always has a smile. The front office is always eager to help you with a smile of their face. George Johnson has been at the desk on 2 occasions when I needed assistance and he made me feel valued and important and took care of my needs rather quickly. Jacqulyn Morris (the assistant manager) has also helped me on a couple of occasions. She will stop and say hello even when she is obviously in a rush. These apartments give you the boutique hotel vibe. Everything is maintained impeccably and everyone remembers you personally. Upon move-in I had a beautiful present waiting in my impeccably clean apartment. What a wonderful welcome to my new home! I will address some of the items flagged in other reviews as negative. I am giving my personal experience of living here. I have never heard anyone of my nextdoor neighbors either talking or anything else. I can hear my upstairs neighbor as she steps heavily occasionally. I consider that as something to be expected. I have not had any issues parking in the garage securely. I enjoy my life here immensely.

My experience here has been wonderful. I have lived here for almost a month so far. The amenities are one of the best parts of living here. the gym is a game changer, the office space, pool, and the cabanas outside. The community is always clean which makes this place feel so much better. Trash valet is always on time, and the trash shoot is a big plus. The location was one of the deal breakers, you have literally everything surrounding the community so you don't need to go too far especially if you have last minute grocery needs. Since i have moved in i have been extremely grateful for our apartment appliances, sq ft., amenities, security, and cleanliness.

Although I originally thought this place would be amazing to live in, I am unsure now. Hopefully there will be some positive changes for such a high monthly rent. New management does not seem promising either. I do not think the value is worth it overall. The only great thing for sure is good location surrounded by grocery stores, food places, and shops.
