Reserve at Quebec

None of the washers in the laundry area work it’s been that way for months. Pool has not been serviced or cleaned since before the pandemic. None of the computers or printers work in the clubhouse. None of the amenities work. They need to keep with the schedule of inspecting the apartments monthly so they can keep up the property like corporate told them to do.

Have lived here for two years. Love the location, just out of the way enough from busy streets but not too far from the highway and grocery/restaurant. Maintence is consistent and timely. The few times ive had to interact with office staff its been pleasant. Noise level is reasonable, kids running around during the day as expected, construction going on the property next to us but not too crazy, nighttime is fairly quiet in my building. Neighbors are great. Everyone is pretty chill and seem to keep to themselves.
