The Element

The building needs to raise the standards that are required to live here. too many of the tenants do not seem to care about picking up after, or cleaning up after themselves. People allow their pets to urinate and defecate in the stairwells, people leave trash on the floors and do not clean up messes. People are stealing weights from the weight room and giant chess pieces from the community chess board outside. The amenities are all closed down because they have been trashed by the people living here. The building simply closes the amenities and shuts them down instead of holding people accountable. So we all have to suffer the consequences of others bad behavior. If amenities that were advertised to us are shut down, then we should no have to pay full price for rent when we were given the impression we would have access to all these amenities. Seems extremely unfair and unethical. Why does the building not hold the tenants accountable, and why are the amenities not repaired and maintained? there are no security cameras in the weight room or on the floors, or in the parking garages. It does not seem like cleaning is done nearly as often as needed to counter the poor tenant behavior. The elevators need to be replaced or something because they are constantly down. This building used to be so much nicer, what has happened? it seems as though the property does not really care about maintaining a high standard of living, as advertised. It seems like the property does not want to spend the money needed to keep high standards.
