The apartments themselves are nice, I wish some of the appliances were more modern considering how much we put down for first and last. The overall building however needs a reup. The concrete floors could be resealed/ painted or just carpeted to encourage people to keep it clean. The hall walls could certainly use a reup to seem less like a prison and more of a luxury apartment. The garage doors and elevator are a dice roll. The gym also needs a massive overhaul for equipment, considering were paying for it and so many people in this community are active I would hope this would be a priority. I've heard from many of my neighbors, male and female alike that the gym is good for a basic workout and that's it. It fails to meet the gym needs of many neighbors I've talked to including myself so its more effective to ditch the apartment gym all together and get a planet fitness membership up the road. I'm also grateful you guys ended your dealings with Spartan Towing, we personally had issues with them and that time they kidnapped our car and moved it without leaving a note or saying anything.

I have lived here for two years now, and I plan to continue because I like this apartment so much. I feel like my apartment is priced appropriately, and I am located very close to work and Kroger for grocery shopping. The staff is helpful, and maintenance comes quickly when I rarely have issues with appliances. I love my spacious kitchen and city view. My main complaint would be the visitor parking rules only allow one car to park overnight at a time and only 3 days a week. This is difficult when I want to have family visit. I also don't appreciate some noises at night, but that can't really be helped. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable where I live and wouldn't move out unless rent increased.
