The building is beautiful, with a lot of character, however management has done a poor job at making such an old building livable in 2025. Windows let in a constant stream of water during rainstorms. I submitted a maintenance request because I smelled gas in my apartment, and it was marked as complete within the system without anyone stopping by to check on the issue. The elevator and parking gate have both been broken several times since I moved in. The office is sloppy, and I usually had to reach out to them in order to get items related to my lease taken care of within management's own stated timelines.

I’ve been living here for 8 going on nine months now and a few of the issues I have had with this property. I’ve had a major water leak that’s in the corner of my apartment and when it rains the water runs down into the center of my apartment where my living room furniture is. It runs that direction because the floor isn’t leveled. Also my a/c continuously go out every time the building loses power for whatever reason. “Nothing can be done about that because it’s an old building” this is what I was told by the property manager. Also I had a leak in my bathroom because of the a/c unit. I called three times to get someone to come out. They finally did and said that it was fixed guess what, the leaking continued. I called about it again and they came back out but this time they took my white towels from out of my bathroom and used them to clean up the mess and they left the towels in my sink for me to clean up. I have pictures of everything. Management didn’t care they said they would talk to the person and get back with me, it never happened. Bathroom only has a shower it fills up when you take a shower and the water runs onto the floor. It causes a bad odor to come from the shower area because of the wetness. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had living in a apartment.
