The Place at Briarcrest

Living here has been good, but it does have a few downsides. The neighbors are sometimes loud at night, and I think there’s street racing near the location because we can always hear the noise of multiple sports and muscle cars near the highway (there’s a chance the neighbors participate because there are quite a few muscle cars from the neighbors). The gym is okay, one treadmill doesn’t work but the other does. But people will walk in and just sit inside and hang out on there phones. Is very awkward when you’re working out and there’s a couple cuddling on a bench just on their phones when you’re just trying to workout. There is also a Firestation near us, so there’s always ambulances passing by. One of the neighbors smokes weed and vapes almost everyday and walks around the complex to hide smell but the smell sticks around his apartment. And there are some that smoke cigarettes on walking trail behind the apartments and also from neighboring apartment complexes. There are neighbors that drink and leave there beer cans by the walkway towards your front door (the apartment’s have a front and back door).

I have been living here for 24 years and I love it here, No problems maintenance are very nice and on point, but I did go into the office to pick up a ups package and Manager was not polite, had an attitude like she did not want to assist me to go get my package out of the mail.
