this place is so far from luxury like they claim to be. if i could give it 0 stars, i would.
for my entire lease, ive been having issues with the a/c where it doesn’t cool properly. and they have done absolutely nothing to fix it. they said “because the bracket on the wall that holds the thermostat to the wall was loose so that’s why my a/c doesn’t cool to the temperature i set it at.” mind you, when it was 110° degrees outside during summer and my APARTMENT TEMPERATURE WAS 84°+ with it set at 70°, every single employee said “yeah there’s no problem.” even with a $400 electricity bill for just one month alone of an overworking cooling system that doesn’t cool. and guess what. during spring when it was in the 70s? my apartment temperature was hotter than it was outside even though i always have it set to 70°. again, they continue to say they “fix it” because they put freon that one time months ago. they refuse to bring out a licensed professional, to this day.
it is currently midnight on may 20th, it is 76° outside, my a/c is set to 69° but the apartment temperature is 79°. currently 3° HOTTER than outside. i will edit with their response in the morning.
that valet trash you have to pay for? be prepared to be skipped days and even a week! then have the employees turn around and tell you that you’re the problem cause you had more than one trash bag outside, AFTER BEING SKIPPED FOR 9 DAYS.
when it rains? congrats, you now have your own personal muddy pool right in front of your door with their wonderful drainage pipes that are built to have the water from the roof pile up in front of your door, not even outside to the parking lot/driveways.
driving in the complex? look twice. not for kids running on the street, but the employees zooming around on the golf carts and ignoring stop signs or turning sharp corners without looking and then blaming you for almost hitting them head on, even though they turned into the oncoming traffic lane without checking.
