Good location and decent amenities. Not enough parking but overall a good spot.

Best place to Live

Peaceful and Quiet. Great Staff. Nice swimming pool and gym also Great Cyber Cafe with a great variety of coffee, hot chocolate and tea.

Knoxville's Best!

I've lived at Wellsley Park for more than 9 years. One of the things I like most about Wellsley is it's location. It's on the West side of Knoxville, convenient to Downtown or Turkey Creek depending on which direction you go, and it is close to the mall and has plenty of restaurants in the area. The Wellsley Apartment complex has beautiful trees, landscaping and and plenty of sidewalks. It has an atmosphere that makes for comfortable living.
