RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof, prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, and American Pit Bull terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management.
All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening prior to move-in.

Moved to Greystone Pointe in Jan. 2019. Office staff is excellent. Maintenance staff is very knowledgeable. However, overall maintenance has gone done due to lack of staff. Walkways leading to apartments need pressure washing desperately. Removing parking spaces, close to apartment building, to add a bike rack is ridiculous. There are other places, such as the cul-de-sac. The new RentPlus Insurance option is just another way of making money for corporate. Tenants shouldn't be forced to choose NO for this coverage. It should be the other way around; you want it click YES. Switching out existing key fob locks to a keyed lock for apartment entrance is certainly not a more secure option. Tenants will need their existing key fob for gate entrance, pool and workout areas but a regular key for apartment and garage entrances.

We have lived here almost a year now and are very happy with our choice to move here. I love the fact that the apartments are spread out and there is plenty of green space. Also, the pool area and club house are beautiful and are very well maintained.
