Dwell has veen such an amazing place to live. I've been here for 2 years and resigning my lease for the third year. The location couldn't be more perfect with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. It truly helps being able to walk to the grocery store when the roads are completely iced over and you cant drive. The staff on board has been exceptionally welcoming and ready to assist in every situation no matter what the issue may be. They will work with you to accommodate you in every way possible. The maintenance team on staff has been prompt and reliable to repair or replace anything that needs attention right away. Let me just say i wouldn't be resigning a lease for the third year for no reason. Besides the amazing amenities and a newly renovated clubhouse, the neighbors are very kind and just lovely to be around. The view is breathtaking and worth every dollar.

Quality Living

Dwell apartments is a great place, well up kept, evololving, updated. The only unfortunate things about this place is, people dont pick up their dog poop and there are other apartment buildings going up, so its getting busier by the second and its already kind of a tight bubble if that makes sense. It’s definitely an up and coming, busy area so if youre interested in that this place is perfect for you. Ive loved living here overall.

Living at the dwell

I an 84 years old. Been living here for almost 14 years. Am on medicare. My rent has gone up from &$1,600.00 to $2,200.00 a month. I can’t keep living here if it continues to ho up. Please help me .
